Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Student Free and Educator Free are free forever with no credit card required.
What counts as an AI credit?
Each Tori interaction or AI-powered action uses one credit. Viewing grades, submitting assignments, and messaging don't use credits.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
You can still use all non-AI features. Credits reset on the 1st of each month.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Account → Plan & Billing. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
How much does a school plan cost?

Do you offer a free trial for schools?

Does SetFlow work with Canvas?
Yes. SetFlow integrates with Canvas via LTI 1.3. You can use them alongside each other and keep student data in your own database via BYODB.
Is student data safe?
With BYODB, classroom records (assignments, grades, submissions, materials, messages) live in your institution's own database — they never touch SetFlow servers. On our managed deployment, sensitive free-text profile fields are encrypted at rest, IPs are hashed before storage, and we hold the minimum needed to run the service.
