Teach. Don't administrate.
SetFlow handles the paperwork. You handle the teaching. Tori handles the rest.
Grade 30 submissions in the time Canvas makes you click through 30 pages.
Two-panel grader (queue + submission), AI first-pass scoring you review and override, keyboard navigation through the queue, one-click grade release.
The grading session you used to dread becomes the part of Friday night you actually finish.
Tori reads your rubric. You make the final call.
Add a rubric to any assignment. Tori grades each submission against it, suggests scores per criterion, and writes feedback. You review and override anything that isn't right.
Tori never releases on your behalf — every score is human-approved before it reaches a student.
Grading time, measured in minutes.
The pile of work that used to swallow Sunday afternoon — SetFlow takes the first pass. Teachers edit instead of writing from scratch.
AI drafts feedback on every submission
Tori writes a feedback draft for each student. The teacher reads, edits, and releases. Hours of typing become minutes of review.
AI pre-review before students submit
Students get a Tori pre-check that flags missing steps, weak arguments, or math errors. Teachers see fewer broken submissions to begin with.
Reusable rubrics, click-to-grade
Build a rubric once, attach it to as many assignments as you like. Grade by clicking criteria — scores and feedback assemble themselves.
AI quizzes from a chapter
Drop in a textbook chapter or unit reading. Tori writes the quiz — multiple choice, short answer, free response — aligned to what you uploaded.
Tori differentiation
One assignment, multiple versions. Tori adapts it into simplified, scaffolded, or challenge variants for IEP, 504, ELL, and gifted students.
Originality and AI-likelihood signals
Free-form writing comes back with an originality and AI-likelihood read so teachers can have the right conversation with the right student.
Per-student adaptive model
Tori learns each student's style — what explanations land, what trips them up, when they engage best. The teacher sees the summary; the student gets the help.
Standards and mastery
CCSS, NGSS, and TEKS autocomplete with ~150 standards shipped. Track a students-by-standards mastery matrix with colour-shaded scores.
IEP, 504, ELL, 15 disability types. Set once. Forever.
SetFlow supports IEP, 504, ELL, Gifted & Talented, and 15 disability types — dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, anxiety, vision/hearing impairment, slow processing speed, and more. Set once per student. Tori applies them in every single interaction — forever.
Extended time multipliers apply to every quiz automatically. TTS auto-plays for dyslexia and vision impairment. Tori never tells a student about their accommodations — she just teaches that way naturally.
Know every student. Really know them.
Tori builds a learning intelligence profile for each student automatically. You see it in one click from the class roster:
- Model confidence meter — how well Tori knows this student
- What works — top explanation styles for them specifically
- What to watch for — frustration triggers, sensitive topics
- Engagement sparkline — last 10 sessions at a glance
- Subject mastery — strongest and weakest concepts
- Tori's recommendation — concrete, per-student
Never miss a struggling student. Tori flags engagement drops before the student gives up. Discover what no classroom observation could: optimal session length, ideal time of day, which analogies click, what triggers breakthroughs.
Study mode isn't just for students. You get a Tori too.
SetFlow's study mode works for educators using it personally. Upload your own course materials, research papers, or anything you want to master. Tori builds an adaptive learning model of you — one that learns how you learn best.
Professional development that actually works for your brain. See your own learning profile, your strongest subjects, your ideal session length. Same engine you trust for your students.
The classroom workflows districts expect.
Attendance, hall passes, office hours, discussions, parent invites — the everyday operations of a K-12 classroom, in the same place as the gradebook.
Per-day attendance
Present, Absent, Late, Excused. Per day, per period. Ready to roll over into the SIS at the end of the marking period.
Schedule and office hours
Class meeting times, school holidays, and bookable office hours. Students pick a slot from the student side; teachers approve.
Hall pass and late slip
A digital hall pass and late slip workflow. The front office sees what's active. The teacher sees who's out and for how long.
Classroom discussion boards
Threaded class discussions with pin, lock, and per-post moderation. Quiet kids get a place to think before they talk.
Activity timeline
See when students worked, not what they typed. A privacy-respecting log that gives you engagement signal without surveillance.
Bulk actions and nudges
Nudge every student missing an assignment. Message the whole class. Flag late and missing work on the gradebook in one click.
Teacher-driven parent invites
Teachers invite parents and guardians by email. Guardians explicitly accept — every contact is a real opt-in, not a scraped record.
Weekly guardian digest
Accepted guardians get a weekly digest — grades, announcements, attendance. Every email carries a clear unsubscribe.
COPPA-aware approval
Under-13 sign-ups route through a parent or guardian approval step. Multiple contacts per student because not every kid has a parent at home.
Already running Canvas, PowerSchool, or Skyward? Good.
SetFlow drops into the SIS and LMS you already pay for. No rip and replace. The gradebook of record stays where your district keeps it.
LTI 1.3 verified launches
LTI 1.3 Advantage with DNS domain verification, JWKS signing, and partitioned cookies — the certification language your team already knows. Grades pass back to Canvas, Schoology, Brightspace, Blackboard, Moodle, and D2L.
OneRoster CSV import
Roster your classes from the standard. Upload OneRoster CSVs and SetFlow lines up students, teachers, sections, and enrollments without hand-mapping.
SIS export, PowerSchool & Skyward
Export grades in formats your SIS imports natively — PowerSchool and Skyward CSV layouts. End-of-marking-period push is a download and an upload.
xAPI and Caliper events
Emit xAPI and Caliper learning events to your district LRS. The analytics team gets the signal feed they want, in the format they already process.
Public read-only REST API
A documented REST API with API keys and scopes. Your district reporting tools and dashboards pull from SetFlow the same way they pull from everything else.
Per-tenant DKIM
Guardian digests and class emails go out signed from your school's own domain — not a generic SetFlow address. Better deliverability, less spam-folder loss.
A gradebook that actually tells you something.
Weighted categories, per-student analytics, at-risk flags before midterms, CSV export to your SIS. The screen you open Friday afternoon and actually leave more informed than when you opened it.
Student data your district actually controls.
FERPA, COPPA, GDPR, and SOPIPA aligned. The architecture below is what makes the checklist real — not the other way around.
Bring your own database
Student records live in your district's own Postgres. SetFlow holds an encrypted connection string and nothing else. Cancel the contract, keep the data.
Field-level encryption
The most sensitive fields — accommodation notes, Tori personalisation — are encrypted at the field level. A database breach does not expose the disclosures parents trusted you with.
IP addresses hashed at write
We never store student IP addresses as plaintext. They're hashed at the moment of write so an audit can prove who, without becoming a tracking database.
Accepted-only guardian emails
Guardians explicitly accept an invite from the teacher before they receive anything. Every digest carries a working unsubscribe. No scraped lists, ever.
Aggregate-only admin analytics
District dashboards show class and school-level signal. No per-student surveillance view. Teachers see their kids; admins see the system.
72-hour breach notice
If something goes wrong, you hear from us within 72 hours. The commitment is in policy, not buried in a contract addendum.
Bring SetFlow to your district.
Free forever for individual teachers. For districts, talk to Sanithu directly — he reads every email, and pilots start in days, not quarters.
